  • Maintain organised digital files and records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry tools.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
  • Use QuickBooks for invoicing and financial record keeping.
  • Support marketing initiatives by creating content and updating product descriptions.
  • Ensure all online content adheres to brand standards and company policies.

    Hours

    Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.

    Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.

    Pay
