Key responsibilities will include the following:
- Manage and update product listings across various e-commerce platforms with precision and attention to detail.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist in processing orders, returns, and refunds efficiently.
- Maintain organised digital files and records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry tools.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
- Use QuickBooks for invoicing and financial record keeping.
- Support marketing initiatives by creating content and updating product descriptions.
- Ensure all online content adheres to brand standards and company policies.

Hours
Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.
