E-Commerce Executive
Are you in need of a reliable and detail-oriented E-Commerce Product Listing Assistant to enhance your team? This role primarily involves creating and maintaining high-quality product listings on your Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify websites on a daily basis. Responsibilities include uploading images, editing photos, writing accurate product descriptions, and ensuring that all product information is correct and presented in a professional manner.
Key responsibilities will include the following:
- Create new product listings daily on Shopify, ensuring accurate titles, descriptions, tags, pricing, SKUs, variants, and more.
- Upload, resize, and organise product images to meet website standards.
- Use basic photo-editing tools (e.g., Photoshop) to clean up, crop, or adjust images as needed.
- Ensure all product data is correct, consistent, and professionally formatted.
- Update existing listings with improved images, descriptions, or details when necessary.
- Organise product collections to ensure items are categorised correctly.
- Maintain a clean and up-to-date product catalog across the website.
- Check for listing errors, missing images, or duplicated items and resolve them promptly.
- Collaborate closely with the e-commerce team to ensure a smooth workflow and timely uploads.
- Assist with other basic website tasks, such as sorting inventory, tagging products, and verifying stock accuracy.

Hours
Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.
Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.
