Ecommerce Manager
Looking for a Freelance E-Commerce Manager to oversee the daily operations of your e-shop and local fulfillment, managing inventory from a small warehouse while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities will include the following:
- Processing orders, tracking shipments, managing returns, and coordinating with suppliers and couriers to ensure timely delivery.
- Managing inventory levels, maintaining stock accuracy, and organising the warehouse efficiently.
- Overseeing order fulfillment and supervising small warehouse operations.
- Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone; resolving issues and managing feedback and reviews.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and workflows of the e-shop.
- Identifying operational improvements to enhance efficiency and improve the customer experience.
- Supporting and generating new sales opportunities, such as promotions, partnerships, local initiatives, and process improvements.

Hours
Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.
Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.
