E-commerce Assistant – Listings & Systems
Are you in search for an E-Commerce Assistant who be working with e-commerce systems (including Linnworks) to manage product listings, stock accuracy, and day-to-day catalogue updates.
Key responsibilities will include the following:
- Create, update, and maintain product listings across various e-commerce platforms.
- Manage listings, stock levels, and pricing using Linnworks.
- Ensure the accuracy of product data, including titles, descriptions, SKUs, and variations.
- Provide support for day-to-day e-commerce system administration.
- Identify and report any listing, stock, or system errors.
- Assist with order flow issues and resolve system discrepancies.
- Support the processing of returns and replacements within the systems.
- Collaborate closely with the e-commerce manager to improve processes.
- Maintain organised and accurate digital records.

Hours
Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.
Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.
