E-commerce Assistant – Listings & Systems

Service: Product Listing, Order Processing, Customer Service, Logistics and Fulfulment

Are you in search for an E-Commerce Assistant who be working with e-commerce systems (including Linnworks) to manage product listings, stock accuracy, and day-to-day catalogue updates.

Key responsibilities will include the following:
  • Create, update, and maintain product listings across various e-commerce platforms.
  • Manage listings, stock levels, and pricing using Linnworks.
  • Ensure the accuracy of product data, including titles, descriptions, SKUs, and variations.
  • Provide support for day-to-day e-commerce system administration.
  • Identify and report any listing, stock, or system errors.
  • Assist with order flow issues and resolve system discrepancies.
  • Support the processing of returns and replacements within the systems.
  • Collaborate closely with the e-commerce manager to improve processes.
  • Maintain organised and accurate digital records.

    Hours

    Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.

    Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.

    Pay

    • From £12.50 an hour and above
