Order Processing & Operations Administrator
Looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Order Processing & Operations Administrator? Someone with a background in service delivery, logistics coordination, or administrative operations. Working remotely, we will take responsibility for the entire order processing lifecycle, starting from initial entry to final dispatch confirmation. This includes careful data entry, verifying order details, coordinating with various departments such as warehousing and customer service, and swiftly resolving any discrepancies.
Key responsibilities will include the following:
Manage incoming customer orders.
Verify all orders for accuracy.
Perform due diligence checks using relevant databases to validate requests.
Process orders and log all data in internal systems to manage inventory and comply with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) contract storage facilities to arrange the processing and shipment of orders.
Accurately file order documents.
Arrange and manage courier services to ensure timely delivery of products.
Maintain databases for customers, orders, and inventory.
Reconcile databases and controlled drug registers regularly.
Manage customer expectations regarding timelines and delivery.
Request and file proof of delivery (POD) documents.
Conduct weekly stock reconciliations.
Oversee customer onboarding and due diligence processes.

Hours
Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.
Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.
