Consumer Service Co-ordinator

Service: Product listing, Order Processing, Customer Service, Logistics and Fulfulment

We are seeking a Consumer Service Coordinator to join our Ecommerce Customer Service team. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our consumer operations, supporting customers across online platforms while maintaining service levels and protecting brand reputation.

Key responsibilities will include the following:

Managing B2C customer inquiries via email, live chat, and marketplace platforms.

Taking full ownership of cases from the initial contact to resolution.

Meeting response time service level agreements (SLAs) and first-time resolution targets.

Accurately and efficiently issuing replacements, refunds, and credits.

Collaborating with Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to resolve order issues.

Keeping customers informed and confident throughout their order journey.

Supporting service performance across eCommerce platforms, including Amazon.

    Hours

    Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.

    Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.

    Pay

    • From £12.50 an hour and above
