Are you looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Dispatch Assistant to join your team? In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring that all customer orders are processed and dispatched accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities will include the following:

Accurately process and dispatch orders in a timely manner.

Create shipping labels and oversee the flow of orders.

Follow up with suppliers regarding pending purchase orders.

Communicate with customers through phone and email.

Coordinate with the warehouse to conduct stock checks.

Handle returns and resolve any issues related to orders.

Maintain precise records and ensure system updates are completed.

    Hours

    Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.

    Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.

    Pay

    • From £12.50 an hour and above
