Ecommerce Operations Coordinator
An Ecommerce Operations Coordinator responsible for managing global e-commerce operations, ensuring that stock availability, inbound deliveries, and customer orders are properly aligned. The E-commerce Operations Coordinator collaborates closely with Logistics, Customer Service, and Buying teams to ensure that product launches and preorders are executed smoothly. Additionally, they work to identify and resolve operational issues early on.
Key responsibilities will include the following:
E-commerce and Preorder Operations
– Oversee e-commerce orders, preorders, and prebuy campaigns.
– Track backlogs and orders on hold.
– Ensure that preorder campaigns are set up and fulfilled correctly.
Inbound and Launch Alignment
– Monitor inbound shipments and delivery timelines.
– Align stock arrival with e-commerce launches and preorder fulfillment.
– Ensure that stock is available before the go-live date.
Customer Service Support and Order Oversight
– Assist customer service with order backlogs, especially during peak and markdown periods.
– Monitor backorders, stock issues, and fulfillment delays.
– Identify root causes of issues and escalate them when necessary.
Stock and Allocation Control
– Monitor stock availability against demand.
– Flag any risks of over-allocation.
– Escalate stock issues across teams as needed.

Hours
Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.
Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.
