E-commerce Content and Listings Coordinator - involves managing product content across our website and various marketplaces.
Key responsibilities will include the following:
Website Content
– Write and enhance product descriptions.
– Update product pages and images.
– Ensure content is clear, consistent, and accurate.
– Adapt website content for marketplace use.
Marketplaces (eBay & Amazon)
– Create and manage product listings.
– Bulk upload and edit listings.
– Optimise titles, descriptions, and item specifics.
– Manage pricing, offers, and promotions.
– Ensure listings are aligned with website content.
Design & Visuals
– Create and improve product images and listing graphics.
– Maintain a consistent visual style across platforms.
– Produce simple banners or specifications as needed.
General
– Manage a large product range.
– Continuously enhance listings.
– Support marketplace growth.
– Collaborate closely with the team.

Hours
Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.
Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.
