E-commerce Product Administrator

Service: Product Listing, eCommerce Management, Customer Service

Will be instrumental in enhancing product uploads, optimising pricing updates, ensuring data integrity, generating insightful reports, and conducting thorough performance analysis, which will significantly drive commercial growth and elevate the online customer experience.

Key responsibilities will include the following:

Manage and maintain product listings on Shopify.

Upload new products, including descriptions, images, specifications, tags, and collections.

Implement pricing updates, promotions, and merchandising adjustments.

Ensure accurate product and inventory data across all sales channels.

Monitor product performance and analyse sales trends.

Conduct regular audits of product data and resolve any issues.

Support SEO optimisation and enhance product page performance.

Assist with bulk uploads, CSV imports, and product feed management.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to support product launches and marketing campaigns.

    Hours

    Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.

    Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.

    Pay
