Service: Product Listing, Order Processing, Customer Service, Logistics and Fulfulment

As an E-Commerce Multi-channel Support Assistant, we will assist with the daily management of our website by uploading and maintaining product information, as well as helping to effectively merchandise products online.

Key responsibilities will include the following:
  • Assist the eCommerce Channel Managers with administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the accuracy of product listings across all platforms.
  • Complete all required administrative procedures accurately and on time.
  • Project a professional image when handling face-to-face or telephone inquiries.
  • Provide support in the absence of the Channel Manager.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks within the department as needed.

    Hours

    Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.

    Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.

    Pay

    • From £12 an hour and above
