E-Commerce Administrator

Service: Product Listing, Order Processing, Customer Service, Logistics and Fulfulment
Key responsibilities will include the following:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
  • Deliver an excellent standard of customer service across all channels.
  • Manage online order returns and exchanges efficiently.
  • Upload and maintain products on Shopify.
  • Support product launches, promotions, and special offers.
  • Update online campaigns and website content.
  • Support the wider team with various e-commerce and administrative tasks.

    Hours

    Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.

    Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.

    Pay

    • From £12.50 an hour and above
