E-Commerce Assistant
Are you seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to join your team. Will partake in managing online sales platforms, maintaining product listings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our digital commerce activities.
Key responsibilities will include the following:
- Manage and update product listings across various online platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Upload and optimise new products on Shopify.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone with professional etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks related to sales transactions, inventory updates, and order processing.
- Utilise Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for documentation, reporting, and communication.
- Maintain organised records of sales data, customer information, and inventory levels using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Assist in developing promotional campaigns and analysing sales performance metrics.
- Support administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.

Hours
Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.
Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.
