E-Commerce Associate

Service: Product Listing, Website Management, Administration, Customer Service
Key responsibilities will include the following:

Assist vendors in setting up communication channels with clients, including ERP.

Encourage vendors to provide additional supplies for out-of-stock items.

Remind vendors to comply with GME shipping requirements to help them avoid chargebacks.

Implement identified changes and improvements to both the internal product catalog and the product content displayed on the website.

Communicate with vendors to enhance the online customer experience by improving product images, descriptions, and bullet points.

Update operational catalog attributes, including weight, dimensions, and lithium battery information.

Support site merchandising quality assurance by confirming the accuracy of product placements on the site, including promotional and seasonal pricing.

Activate product SKUs once inventory is received for an online experience.

Deactivate product SKUs once the last available inventory of discontinued products is sold.

Update product allocation bands.

    Hours

    Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.

    Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.

    Pay
