E-Commerce Associate
We will be involved in supporting the day-to-day management of online sales platforms, maintaining accurate and engaging product listings, order flow. and ensuring smooth digital operations across the business.
Key responsibilities will include the following:
- Process orders and inquiries efficiently by phone, or online.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to resolve issues and provide support.
- Greet and assist visitors in-store, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage and optimise product listings and pages on eCommerce store/shop.
- Coordinate with the web developer, designer, and marketing teams to enhance the online customer experience.
- Assist with digital marketing efforts as needed.

Hours
Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.
Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.
