E-Commerce Trading Assistant

Are you looking for an E-Commerce Trading Assistant? This role will support the delivery of trading performance across all digital platforms. The primary focus will be on assisting with daily trading activities, optimising product presentation, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting promotional and merchandising initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include the following:
  • Assist the Trading Manager in implementing daily, weekly, and monthly trading priorities across all Group websites.
  • Review onsite categories, product listings, and navigation to ensure optimal presentation and availability.
  • Help set up and schedule online promotions, campaigns, and price updates.
  • Monitor site performance to identify errors or inconsistencies, and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
  • Check homepage banners, landing pages, and key customer journeys to ensure they are performing effectively and aligned with current campaigns.

    Hours

    Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.

    Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.

    Pay

    • From £12.50 an hour and above
