Ecommerce Assistant
We will improve every product listing and image, and promote the company's website to help customers find what they need quickly and confidently. Our attention to detail will directly support customer trust, website performance, and online sales.
Key responsibilities will include the following:
- Ensuring that product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and easy to understand.
- Organising products into clear categories and filters, allowing customers to quickly find what they need.
- Uploading images, specification sheets, and digital content that effectively showcase products.
- Supporting the creation of banners, featured products, and seasonal campaigns.
- Identifying website issues such as broken links or display errors and reporting them for resolution.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the business to gather product information and assets.
- Assisting with day-to-day eCommerce administration and basic reporting tasks.
- Learning and developing within the eCommerce team, with opportunities to implement small website updates as confidence grows.
- Participating in internal and external meetings to support eCommerce growth and collaboration.

Hours
Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.
Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.
