Ecommerce Executive
Will be instrumental in driving the success of eCommerce operations across leading platforms like Amazon, Shopify, and more. By collaborating closely with dedicated Amazon specialist agency and our dynamic commercial team, and will ensure products are not only showcased in the best light but also achieve outstanding performance. Every efforts will be vital in creating seamless operational processes that support growth and enhance customers' shopping experience.
Key responsibilities will include the following:
Assist the Amazon specialist with daily tasks related to listings, campaigns, and promotions.
Upload, maintain, and optimise product listings on Shopify, Amazon, and other marketplaces.
Ensure consistency of brand, content, and pricing across all eCommerce channels.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and forecasting.
Track sales performance and help with weekly reporting and performance summaries.
Support new product launches, including uploads, quality assurance checks, and coordination for go-live.
Manage ongoing updates to product content, including images, descriptions, pricing, and attributes.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth trading.
Maintain accurate product data, systems, and spreadsheets.

Hours
Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.
