Ecommerce Fulfilment Assistant - Dispatch and Returns
On hand to manage the flow of orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing orders coming through online store and marketplaces.
Key responsibilities will include the following:
Returns – Responsibilities
- Manage the customer-facing aspect of returns, which includes calling customers, arranging collections, and keeping them informed about the status of their returns.
- Liaise with the Warehouse and Credit Control regarding returns, ensuring their status is updated in our CRM system.
- Produce regular reports on the status of returns.
- Handle incoming queries related to returns via email and phone.
Dispatch – Responsibilities
- Support the process of accurately entering orders into the system.
- Assist in booking couriers for goods leaving the business.
- Help run exception courier reports and collaborate with the dispatch team to resolve any issues.
- Communicate order and delivery updates to customers.
- Coordinate with courier services to schedule and track shipments, following up on any delivery issues.
- Promptly and professionally resolve any delivery issues or delays.
- Provide assistance with international orders.

Hours
Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.
Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.
