Ecommerce & Order Processing Administrator

Seeking for a reliable and organised Ecommerce and Order Processing Administrator to enhance online retail operations? This role involves processing customer orders, managing various online sales platforms, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities will include the following:

Process daily customer orders using Linnworks.

Manage and update listings across various online platforms, including Amazon, eBay, and OnBuy Fruggo.

Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory updates.

Use Microsoft Excel proficiently for order tracking, reporting, and data management.

Handle customer inquiries via email and online platforms.

Resolve order issues, returns, and delivery queries.

Ensure accurate order fulfillment and coordinate dispatch.

Work to meet daily timelines and deadlines.

Provide support during peak trading periods while meeting tight deadlines.

Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.

    Hours

    Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.

    Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.

    Pay
