Home-Based Order Processing Assistant
In this important full-time role, we will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of customer orders, directly contributing to our excellent customer satisfaction. Working remotely, we will take responsibility for the entire order processing lifecycle, starting from initial entry to final dispatch confirmation. This includes careful data entry, verifying order details, coordinating with various departments such as warehousing and customer service, and swiftly resolving any discrepancies.
Key responsibilities will include the following:
- Efficiently manage a high volume of customer orders through our internal order management system.
- Verify order details to ensure that product codes, quantities, pricing, and delivery information are accurate.
- Communicate effectively with customers via email regarding order status, potential delays, or requests for clarification.
- Collaborate with the warehousing and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any potential stock issues that could affect order fulfillment.
- Address order discrepancies, returns, and cancellations promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and actions related to orders.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency in order processing.

Hours
Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.
Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.
