Logistics Administrator

Service: Order Processing, Customer Service, Logistics and Fulfulment

Looking for a Logistics Administrator to play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and materials, supporting our supply chain operations, and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities will include the following:

Coordinate and monitor shipments, deliveries, and returns.

Schedule drivers and manage the receipt and dispatch of goods.

Maintain accurate inventory records and logistics documentation.

Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to address and resolve issues.

Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and compliance paperwork.

Track and report on delivery performance and timelines.

Provide administrative support to the logistics team, including data entry tasks.

    Hours

    Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.

    Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.

    Pay

    • From £12.50 an hour and above
