Logistics Administrator

Service: Order Processing, Customer Service, Logistics and Fulfulment

Looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator? Someone with a background in service delivery, logistics coordination, or administrative operations. Working remotely, we will take responsibility for the entire order processing lifecycle, starting from initial entry to final dispatch confirmation. This includes careful data entry, verifying order details, coordinating with various departments such as warehousing and customer service, and swiftly resolving any discrepancies.

Key responsibilities will include the following:

Coordinate and schedule pickups, collections, and transfers according to client service agreements and service level agreements (SLAs).

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries by communicating timelines, updating order statuses, and managing acknowledgments.

Collaborate with carriers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of services.

Proactively identify and resolve any logistics issues or delays. – Maintain order data in ERP systems and task tracking tools, such as ClickUp.

Manage freight costs, prepare shipping documentation, and approve related invoices.

Review work orders to ensure they provide clear and actionable instructions for the operations team.

Generate operational reports and support both internal and external business reviews.

Raise purchase orders for suppliers as needed.

Work closely with the Client Success and Program Management teams to meet SLAs.

    Hours

    Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.

    Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.

    Pay

    • From £12.50 an hour and above
