Are you looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to support our logistics and supply chain functions? This role involves coordinating various operational activities, managing data systems, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with warehouse and transportation management systems, and a solid understanding of supply chain processes.

Key responsibilities will include the following:

Create shipment bookings, labels, manifests, and basic shipping documentation.

Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email.

Provide quotes based on company pricing rules, clearly explaining timelines.

Confirm bookings, share drop-off and pickup instructions, and provide updates.

Handle issues calmly, such as delays, missing information, and complaints, and escalate them when necessary.

Collect feedback and request testimonials after successful deliveries.

    Hours

    Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.

    Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.

    Pay

    • From £12.50 an hour and above
