Operations & Logistics Administrator

Service: Order Processing, Customer Service, Logistics and Fulfulment

Looking for an Operations & Logistics Administrator will be responsible for looking after the day-to-day supply chain activities which get orders shipped.?

Key responsibilities will include the following:

Process customer orders and collaborate with our outsourced third-party logistics (3PL) to ensure all orders are delivered on time and in full (OTIF).

Process invoices and credit notes promptly.

Manage day-to-day relationships with supply chain teams at all major customer accounts.

Prepare import documentation to facilitate the clearance of our products through customs.

Set up new products in various systems and ensure that price lists are current.

Assist in the production of accurate and timely reports on service levels, inventory, and other required metrics.

    Hours

    Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.

    Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.

    Pay
