Order Processing Administrator

Service: Order Processing, Customer Service, Logistics and Fulfilment
Key responsibilities will include the following:

Receive and verify new order documents before processing.

Create web orders and import files.

Generate sales and purchase orders in Sage.

Record data related to processed orders.

Ensure all orders are booked accurately and on time.

Respond to inquiries and resolve issues regarding orders.

Create new items for sale.

Provide updates to our teams on the status of order bookings.

Receive and input purchase invoices into our Sage database.

    Hours

    Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.

    Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.

    Pay
