Order Processing Assistant

Service: Order Processing, Customer Service, Logistics and Fulfulment
Key responsibilities will include the following:
  • Edit and maintain records of customer and Sales Representative orders and inquiries via email, EDI, and phone, using Zendesk to track progress.
  • Coordinate with the Logistics Department and logistics providers to address product and delivery inquiries.
  • Manage backorders effectively.
  • Process returns, resolve delivery issues, and issue credit notes.
  • Keep a clear and auditable record of all communications.
  • Communicate effectively and promptly with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide a premium and efficient customer-focused service.

    Hours

    Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.

    Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.

    Pay

    • From £12.50 an hour and above
