Part-Time E-commerce Assistant

Service: Product Listing, eCommerce Management, Customer Service

Oversee the execution and optimisation of online stores. Manage products, collections, subscriptions, apps, and inventory while troubleshooting issues to ensure reliable.

Key responsibilities will include the following:

Updating and maintaining product listings on online marketplaces.

Responding to customer emails and inquiries.

Updating inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.

Receiving and processing returns.

Assisting with general administrative and e-commerce tasks as needed.

    Hours

    Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.

    Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.

    Pay
