Product Data Administrator
Are you in search for a detail-oriented Product Data Administrator to join our team . This role is vital in maintaining accurate Product Records within our Category Team?
Key responsibilities will include the following:
- Manipulate data from spreadsheets provided by Category Managers for upload into the management system.
- Use Photoshop to edit images to ensure they are suitable for the website.
- Upload products to website and other branded websites.
- Perform ongoing maintenance of products throughout their life cycle, which includes: Updating images, pricing, and descriptions.
- Adjusting supplier prices and lead times.
- Modifying stock data, such as order quantities and commodity codes.
- Editing products for marketing promotions.
- Adding information, such as assembly instructions, as requested to enhance customer experience.
- Clearly marking products that are out of stock or unavailable on the website.

Hours
Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.
Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.
