Product Information Co-ordinator
Are you looking for a Product Information Co-ordinator to assist a small team in managing website content? This will involve collaborating with the Marketing and IT teams to ensure that the product information on the website is current by updating product and price listings.
Key responsibilities will include the following:
Ensure that all products have accurate descriptions, features, benefits, images, swatches, and videos.
Respond to product data updates and inquiries from Customer Service.
Activate, deactivate, and remove products as necessary, including discontinued lines.
Create and set up new products for our European websites.
Translate merchandising line forms into precise, customer-ready website listings.
Track new products to ensure on-time launches with first-time accuracy.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Coordinate blogs and content across Central Europe (CE) sites in collaboration with Marketing and eCommerce teams.
Partner with the UK eCommerce team to share content and workload.
Ensure that content is relevant to CE, optimised for SEO, and supported by available products.

Hours
Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.
Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.
