Sales and Shipping Administrator

Service: Order Processing, Customer Service, Logistics and Fulfulment

Looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales and Shipping Administrator to facilitate order processing, enhancing customer communication, and ensuring the efficient movement of goods both domestically and internationally

Key responsibilities will include the following:

Process confirmed customer orders.

Allocate stock to orders.

Communicate with the warehouse regarding customer inquiries and lead times.

Dispatch orders once they are ready.

Complete Certificates of Analysis.

Save and file documents received from the laboratory.

Request pricing and availability for shipments from hauliers and shipping lines.

Ensure customers have the correct documents for smooth delivery.

Coordinate with the warehouse team about collection and availability.

Send invoices and final documents to customers after goods are collected.

Arrange export collections.

Assist with the organisation of imports and coordinate shipment delivery to the appropriate warehouse.

    Hours

    Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.

    Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.

    Pay

    • From £12.50 an hour and above
