Shopify Assistant
Ensure that the websites are accurate, organized, commercially effective, and up to date. This includes managing product listings, pages, navigation, metafields, and general site maintenance. Also making basic image edits in Photoshop and providing support for website builds, updates, and improvements from start to finish.
Key responsibilities will include the following:
Manage and maintain three Shopify websites.
Upload, edit, and organise product listings.
Create and update pages, collections, menus, and navigation.
Work with Shopify metafields and product information structures.
Maintain site content, ensuring layout consistency and overall presentation.
Perform basic image edits and optimisations using Photoshop.
Support new product launches and seasonal website updates.
Build and update website sections as needed.
Check website accuracy, usability, and appearance on both desktop and mobile devices.
Help improve the customer journey and overall website performance.
Troubleshoot basic Shopify issues to keep the sites running smoothly.

Hours
Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.
Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.
