Shopify E-Commerce Administrator

Service: Product Listing, Website Management, Administration, Customer Service

This crucial role involves overseeing online operations and assisting sales efforts to ensure our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key responsibilities will include the following:

Oversee daily operations of the Shopify store to ensure smooth functioning.

Support sales activities, including promotions and special offers.

Collaborate with different departments to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Update product listings and manage online content effectively.

Optimise product data and content for better visibility.

Review product listing pages (PLP), product detail pages (PDP), and content pages to identify areas for improvement.

Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Work with team members to enhance overall store performance.

    Hours

    Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.

    Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.

    Pay
