Shopify Manager

Oversee the execution and optimisation of multiple Shopify stores. Manage products, collections, subscriptions, apps, and inventory while troubleshooting issues to ensure reliable, high-quality store performance.

Key responsibilities will include the following:

Manage daily tasks across multiple client Shopify stores, ensuring that updates are implemented accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Add, edit, and maintain products, including titles, descriptions, images, variants, SKUs, and pricing, while ensuring consistency and accuracy across the storefront.

Organise collections and tag products to support merchandising, navigation, and promotional strategies.

Set up and manage inventory levels and pricing rules to ensure that stores remain operational and aligned with client requirements.

Install, configure, and maintain Shopify apps, ensuring they function correctly and integrate smoothly with existing store setups.

Build and manage advanced product setups, including product bundles, subscription products, and related configurations based on client needs.

Work hands-on with subscription platforms such as Recharge, Skio, and Shopify Subscriptions to ensure proper setup, functionality, and ongoing maintenance.

Diagnose and resolve common Shopify issues, including broken product pages, cart malfunctions, and checkout-related problems, minimising disruption to customer experience and revenue.

Quickly understand the structure and setup of existing Shopify stores and execute client requests with minimal supervision.

Maintain a high standard of quality control by testing changes and fixes both before and after implementation to ensure everything works as intended.

    Hours

    Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.

    Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.

    Pay
