Shopify Manager
Key responsibilities will include the following:
Manage daily Shopify tasks across multiple client stores, ensuring that updates are implemented accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Add, edit, and maintain products, including titles, descriptions, images, variants, SKUs, and pricing, while ensuring consistency and accuracy across the storefront.
Organise collections and product tagging to enhance merchandising, navigation, and promotional strategies.
Set up and manage inventory levels and pricing rules to keep the stores operational and in line with client requirements.
Install, configure, and maintain Shopify apps to ensure they function correctly and integrate smoothly with existing store setups.
Build and manage advanced product configurations such as product bundles, subscription products, and related settings based on client needs.
Work closely with subscription platforms like Recharge, Skio, and Shopify Subscriptions to ensure proper setup, functionality, and ongoing maintenance.
Diagnose and resolve common Shopify issues, including broken product pages, cart malfunctions, and checkout-related problems, minimising disruptions to the customer experience and revenue.
Quickly assess the structure and setup of existing Shopify stores and execute client requests with minimal supervision.
Maintain a high standard of quality control by testing changes and fixes before and after implementation to ensure everything works as intended.

Hours
Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.
