Web Content Manager
Are you in search for a detail-oriented and creative Web Content Manager to take ownership of your website content? Will responsible for ensuring all product pages and site content are accurate, well-structured, on-brand, and optimised for customer experience and conversion.
Key responsibilities will include the following:
- Create, edit, and manage website content, with a strong emphasis on product pages.
- Write and structure clear and engaging product descriptions that highlight features, benefits, and specifications.
- Maintain consistent formatting, tone of voice, and layout across all product and website pages.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to manage and upload product imagery, diagrams, and content modules.
- Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with stock levels, pricing, and product changes.
- Optimise content for SEO and on-site conversion, including headings, structure, and clarity.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure content reflects real customer needs and inquiries.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement across the website, and proactively suggest enhancements.
- Uphold content standards and support the ongoing improvement of the website experience.

Hours
Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.
Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.
