Weekend Dispatch Coordinator

Service: Order Processing, Customer Service, Logistics and Fulfulment
Key responsibilities will include the following:
  • Receive and process booking requests via phone, email, and the app.
  • Schedule and dispatch drivers for timely pick-ups.
  • Monitor trips and provide drivers with updates, such as traffic delays and last-minute changes.
  • Resolve issues quickly and effectively to minimise disruption.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, client details, and driver assignments.
  • Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and colleagues.
  • Use iCabbi dispatch software to allocate vehicles efficiently and optimise routes.
  • Support fleet performance by focusing on efficiency, safety, and customer service.

    Hours

    Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.

    Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.

    Pay

    • From £12.50 an hour and above
