Weekend Dispatch Coordinator
Key responsibilities will include the following:
- Receive and process booking requests via phone, email, and the app.
- Schedule and dispatch drivers for timely pick-ups.
- Monitor trips and provide drivers with updates, such as traffic delays and last-minute changes.
- Resolve issues quickly and effectively to minimise disruption.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, client details, and driver assignments.
- Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and colleagues.
- Use iCabbi dispatch software to allocate vehicles efficiently and optimise routes.
- Support fleet performance by focusing on efficiency, safety, and customer service.

Hours
Minimum 20 hours per week and more if required.
Our primary working hours are based on GMT/BST, but also available across alternative/different time zones.
